Our Story

Baking has always been
how we say hello.

Totas Cakery began as a home kitchen dream in Delano and grew into the neighborhood gathering spot it is today. We believe that the simplest things — a warm croissant, a slice of cake, a cup of coffee shared with someone you love — are the ones worth doing well.

Every recipe in our case is developed in-house. We bake in small batches, source locally whenever we can, and never rush a batch that needs more time. If it's on our counter, it's because we're proud to serve it.
